Water Damage
Although the FireBoard’s outer case is weather resistant, exposure to a downpour of rain can cause this to happen.
- We recommend letting it dry out for 48-72 hours before attempting to turn it on again, then see if it will reconnect. If it does not you can mail it into us and we can fix it under warranty.
